Family History is a fun and exciting pastime for people of all ages. This beginner’s class will guide you through the basics of starting a family tree, gathering vital information, and discovering your family story that you can share with generations to come.

For over 20 years, Carol has been a national presenter, lecturer, and author. She has conducted hundreds of workshops and training events about the power of storytelling. She has been living the power of story her entire life; as the daughter of an avid genealogist Carol learned first-hand the importance of bringing our heritage to life through storytelling. Carol is the founder and CEO of Story@Home. She currently serves as President of a storytelling and family history publisher, Cherish|Bound. She has served as Outreach Executive Director for Timpanogos Storytelling Institute and Finance Chair of the National Storytelling Network.
