Description

This companion workshop to the Digital Storytelling presentation demonstrates how to use presentation software like PowerPoint and Keynote to build digital photo albums, photo documentaries, scrapbooks and more. The software’s export and sharing options will also be demonstrated, showing how to distribute completed projects. Attendees will receive a handbook giving step-by-step instructions for each of the tasks performed during the workshop.

Denise Barrett Olson

Denise has a broad background in information systems, most recently focused on web development and management. She is the owner of Moultrie Creek Books, an online family history bookstore spotlighting the efforts of the growing number of self-published authors. Her Moultrie Creek Gazette blog discusses resources, instruction and inspiration for those family historians interested in the digital storytelling arena.
